The Flood of 1997

On March 2, 1997 the Licking River overflowed its banks and flooded the town of Falmouth, Kentucky. The Kentucky Army and Air National Guard was activated by the Governor of the Commonwealth to aide and secure the town. The following is a collection of photos taken during the state active duty mission at Falmouth. The photographs were taken by MSgt (Ret) Thomas F. Gentry of the 123rd Security Forces.​​​​​​
